A couple of weeks ago I photographed the Chefs for Farmers event in Dallas.  It was a lot of fun, and the food was so good.  I think I tried everything, twice.  Highlights (for myself) include the key lime ice cream shake with cashews, the chicken dish from Bolsa, and getting carded in order to get a swag bag because of the free bottle of Patrone.  Dallas has a lot going on, and I am excited to be a part of it.  There are so many great neighborhood and city events, it is cashews!
